Job Description
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: One (1) year specialized experience in managing a business .OR Four (4) years education above high school level in a related field. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": At least one year of experience supervising and/or managing the daily operations of a business with a high-volume food and beverage environment. At least one year of experience directly supervising personnel. Examples of direct supervision include but are not limited to scheduling, training, and evaluating performance. Experience that demonstrates the ability to maintain accurate financial and operational records. Experience that demonstrates strategic planning skills and innovation that will ensure financial viability and drive business growth. Examples include successful menu planning and successfully improving operational efficiency. Demonstrated experience working with Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory control, and cash accountability. Possess a food handling manager certification such as ServSafe Manager. A copy of your certification must be uploaded with your application. Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume. Government positions must include pay plan, series, grade, to and from dates, and government agency/department.
