Job Description

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following : Minimum Qualification Criteria: Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e.; restaurant, bowling center, golf course) to be managed. To be evaluated as a minimum qualified candidate, your resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the minimum qualification criteria above. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess ALL of the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified" Highly Qualified Criteria: Possess supervisory experience in catering and conference operations, to include contract management and production planning within the last 5 years. Possess a minimum of four (4) years' experience, background in the Food and Beverage industry, to include two (2) years as a manager within the last five (5) years. Possess two (2) years of demonstrable experience in financial analysis, budget development and execution, food and labor cost management, management and training of employees, and menu/pricing menu development. Possess two (2) years of demonstrable experience in the development and execution in marketing and programming events within the last 5 years. Possess at least (2) years of working in or managing both a catering operation and a quick serve style operation (coffee shop / Grab and go).
