Job Description

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: MINIMUM QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: One year of specialized experience directly related to the duties described above. Qualifying experience must have been equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for a Director FMWR. Experience must reflect multiple FMWR program work *Resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the minimum qualification criteria above. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": HIGHLY QUALIFIED CRITERIA Experience working as a Contractor's Officer Representative (COR) for a large service contract. Thorough understanding of NAF Operations to include NAF Major Construction and Capital Purchase Minor Construction (CPMC) procedures. Three years experience with day-to-day operations of NAF financial management, financial accounting and reporting, and associated NAF management information systems (MIS) such as FMBS, SMIRF, SNACS. Minimum two years experience as a Business Operations and/or NAF Support Management Division Chief.
