Job Description

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide at the level necessary to complete required reports and use a computer for work processing or data entry. Strong verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills. A minimum of one year experience in a hotel front desk role is preferred. Resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed until the minimum qualifications/duties criteria shown above. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": HIGHLY QUALIFIED CRITERIA: A minimum of six months of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or a related industry. Proven experience in handling cash and credit card transactions, as well as operating point-of-sale and reservation systems. Proficiency in using computers for administrative tasks, including email correspondence and data entry.
