Job Description

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Six (6) month of laboring experience required to include: a. Knowledge of the processes, which require remembering directions and/or sequences be, required (e.g., mixing cement). b. Knowledge and skill in the operation, control, and cleaning of heavy, power equipment (single-function power lawn mowers with one or more cutting decks and mechanical controls, chain saws, jackhammers). c. Knowledge to work safely with heavy tools (axes, picks, tampers, chain saws, etc). d. Skill in performing routine operator maintenance and adjusting the cutting height of blades of power mowers or in operating weight handling devises when moving heavy loads. 2. Must be able to work under general supervision, responding to initial oral or written instructions and completing assigned tasks.
