This position will be filled at Fort Greely or Fort Wainwright. Incentives and Bonuses Incentive in the amount of up 25% may be authorized. PCS move is authorized. Eligible for COLA (amount depends on duty location).

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Demonstrated related work experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Work experience must have be equivalent in complexity, difficulty and responsibility to the next lower pay band level. Possess work experience developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principals. OR Completion of the requirements for a master's or equivalent graduate degree in marketing, advertising or closely related field. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered Best Qualified and may be referred first. Possess managerial, supervisory or team lead experience managing a Family and MWR Marketing Department or comparable military branch (i.e. Air Force FSS, Navy MWR, MCCS). Possess minimum of 2 years of Family and MWR experience at a medium or large size installation or comparable municipal government entity. Possess academic degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field.
