A qualified candidate must possess the following: Possess one (1) year of experience that provided a basic knowledge of data processing functions, system installation and general management principles that enabled you to understand the stages required to automate a work process. The experience may have been gained in work such as computer operator or assistant, computer sales representative, program analyst, or other positions that required the use or adaptation of computer programs and systems. *This experience must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position. OR Completed a two-year degree with a major course of study in computer science, information science, information systems management, or course work that required the development or adaptation of computer programs and systems and provided knowledge equivalent to a major in the computer field. *Transcripts must be uploaded at the time of application. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Completed Comptia Security+ Certification. *Certificate must be uploaded at the time of application to be considered best qualified. **Applicants who meet both the minimum qualifications and best qualifying criteria will be referred to the selecting official first.
