Job Description

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience directing/managing one or more DMWR Business Operations activities for a garrison, or similar civilian operation, for at least one year. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Minimum of 3 years of experience managing revenue-generating business operations for Army Family and MWR. Strong proficiency in conducting internal management reviews, cost-benefit analyses, and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with Department of War and Department of the Army Non-appropriated Fund Standards. Minimum of 3 years of direct supervisory experience managing a diverse workforce of 15+ personnel. Minimum of 3 years experience with developing, tracking, and reporting organizational Key Performance Indicators to drive continuous process improvements, optimize resource allocation, and reduce operating costs. Minimum of 3 years experience working with Army MWR systems such as: Standard Management Information Reports for Finance (SMIRF), Financial Management Budget System (FMBS), and RecTrac. **The information provided on your resume MUST clearly reflect ALL knowledge and experience listed under the minimum qualifications.
