Job Description

A qualified candidate must possess the following: - Minimum of one (1) year experience in business management - Responsible management experience in banquet, catering, and special events. Must be well organized with an attention to detail. - Must possess ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. - Must have well-developed computer, organizational, time management, prioritization and writing abilities, with an aptitude for learning new skills. - - - --- Demonstrated knowledge of PC computer programs including Microsoft operating system, Excel and PowerPoint required. - Desired is a knowledge and experience with property and institutional management systems (Opera, Benchmark, Sales and Catering Systems, Miracle, Central Reservation Systems, etc.) In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Qualified": Two (2) or more years operating a catering or restaurant operation Two (2) years experience operating CaterEase or Food Trak ServSafe Certificate ***Those applicants that meet the highly qualifying criteria will be sent to the hiring managers first***
