A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Knowledge of basic math. This skill/knowledge must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": 1. Prior work experience in retail sales. 2. Prior work experience with Point of Sales Operations (Ex. RecTrac). The experience must be reflected on your resume at the time of application to be considered a highly preferred candidate. Applicants meeting the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred first to the Selecting Official. All other applicants will be referred for consideration if the certificate (referral list) is returned with no selection.
