This experience must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position. Demonstrated work experience in the following areas: Interpreting and assessing program financial performance using standard financial management systems. Interpreting balance sheet and profit and loss statement results. Working in various Sports/Fitness, Recreation, and Revenue Generating programs demonstrating increasingly responsible work experience across multiple program areas. Understanding of Army's Family, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) and community, family support operating programs and their interrelationships and funding channels. Prior supervisory experience. HIGHLY PREFERRED are applicants who possess the minimum qualifications above AND: Work experience at Garrison or Division level as an NF-03 or NF-04 Business Manager, /Revenue Generating Recreation Program Manager or Commercial Sit Down and Catering Restaurant for at least 2 of the past 5 years. *The experience must be reflected on your resume to be considered a highly preferred candidate. **Applicants meeting the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred first to the Selecting Official.
