QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Progressively responsible experience, including supervisory or managerial experience. Must have exceptional communication and people skills in customer service and problem resolution and be able to supervise the work of others. A two (2) year degree (AA) with a major emphasis in hospitality management or closely related field may be substitute for some of the required experience.
