This position is located at multiple Aquatics facilities on Fort Bragg, NC.. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Army NAF paysetting rules apply to this vacancy.

Job Description

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Possesses directly related work experience in planning, supervising, administering or carrying out a Swim program that included a variety of individual and team swim sports and guiding participants in developing the skills needed for participation in swim activities and a working knowledge of the concepts, methods and techniques of competitive swimming as well as skill in applying those concepts, methods and techniques to achieve established goals. Must be an American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA) at least Level 3. Possesses and maintains the following certifications: CPR, First Aid, & AED, and Water Safety for Swim Coaches Certifications. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possesses MWR Sports and Fitness Administration Course and Lifeguard Management Certifications. Possesses USA Swimming, ASCA, CPR and AED Certifications.
