Job Description

Minimum Qualifications: One year of work experience that equipped the applicant with practical knowledge of library or related information services, tools, and methods and procedures. Experience must have been gained at the next lower level. Highly Preferred Qualifications: 1. Demonstrated proficiency in creating, planning, and presenting story times and outreach events that best reflect the community demographics and cultural diversity. 2. Demonstrated ability to promote and advocate for library services by speaking to very large groups in multiple sessions. 3. Demonstrated knowledge of computer automated system techniques and computer competencies. 4. Demonstrated knowledge of Intergrated Library System for circulating and processing items.
