Job Description
Minimum Qualifications Knowledge of assigned programs, the roles they play in supporting total Army programs, and their contribution to Army MWR. Knowledge of principles, concepts and methodologies required to perform various analytical techniques. Ability to analyze operations, financial data, prepare reports and replies to inquiries from the perspective of a Installation or Regional staff officer. Strong written and oral communication skills, including comprehensive knowledge of standard office software programs, such as word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, etc. Highly Qualifying Criteria Managerial experience of the caliber described above in an Army Recreation setting to include financial operations for both APF and NAF business and financial issues. Within the last three (3) years, demonstrated experience in delivering leadership and analytical decision making at the program/operational level within a military business or recreation organization. Within the last three (3) years, displayed experience with Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) Business Operation to included (Resales, COG'S, inventory), budget planning and execution to include submission of Capital Purchase and Minor Construction projects. Conveys experience with program/operational analysis, course of action development, strategic/business planning, and execution of both written and verbal presentations. Displayed experience with creation and execution of internal/external partnerships that support NAF operations, e.g., support agreements, MOA/MOUs, service contracts and blanket purchase agreements.
