Job Description

Minimum Qualifications Managerial work experience and executive knowledge and ability of the caliber described above. Highly Preferred Qualifications Within the last three (3) years, demonstrated experience in leading, developing, and coordinating multiple DFMWR operations at the Directorate/ Division/Branch level (Garrison/Region/Headquarters) - AND/OR - Possess at least three (3) years of work experience as a DoD Military Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Programs Professional at the NF-05/GS13 equivalent or higher level (e.g., Deputy Force Support Squadron, Child and Youth Services Coordinator, NAF Support Manager, Business Operations Officer, Army Community Services Director, Community Services Flight Chief). Within the last three (3) years, proven expertise and strong understanding of strategic planning, program development, social services, inter-governmental and non-profit operations and partnerships. Within the last three (3) years displayed experience with Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) budget planning and execution to include Capital Purchase and Minor Construction and/or MILCON.
