Job Description

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Demonstrated related work experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Work experience must have be equivalent in complexity, difficulty and responsibility to the next lower pay band level. Work experience developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principals. OR Completion of the requirements for a master's or equivalent graduate degree in marketing, advertising or closely related field. Specialized education developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principals. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Minimum of three (3) years leadership/supervisory experience in a Marketing/Publicity environment Experience in the creation of trending video shorts/reels Minimum of three (3) years of public presentation experience **Applicants that meet the highly preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.
