This position is located at the historic Hacienda, Fort Hunter Liggett, CA. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. This position will have a first cut off of May 28, 2026, and applicants that submit a complete application packet prior to that date and found eligible may be given first consideration.

Job Description

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcohol at the time of appointment. Be able to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds. Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory. Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Ability to monitor and direct the work of other bar staff. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess a minimum of one (1) year of bartending experience.
