This position is located within the Support Services Division of the Directorate of Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR), Fort McCoy, WI. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Announcement will a have a first cut off date of November 4, 2025.

Job Description

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Demonstrated ability to perform the duties described above using the theories, principles, practices and techniques of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar field Possess a minimum of 2(two) years working with Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) operations Possess a minimum of 2(two) years experience with internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance Experience assisting with long-range financial planning and aligning financial strategies with organizational goals. (i.e. facility/program budgets, life-cycle replacement, strategic planning). Experience preparing and briefing complex financial information to a diverse audience. (i.e. Program Managers, Supervisors, Directorate Chiefs, and Senior Leaders).
