A qualified candidate must possess the following: Demonstrated work experience that included practical knowledge of operating budgets and fundcontrol principles, practices and applicable regulatory procedures. Work experience must have equivalent in complexity, difficulty and responsibility to the next lower pay grade level. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": At least one (1) years' experience using Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
