Work experience must have been equivalent in complexity, difficulty and responsibility to the next lower pay band level. or Completion of the requirements for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related degree program AND 1 year of experience directly related to the duties listed above. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": 3 years of professional experience directly related to project planning to include the coordination, administration, evaluation, data analysis and implementation.
