Job Description

A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Progressively responsible management experience in banquet, catering, and special events. 2. Must be well organized with an attention to detail. Must possess ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Must have well-developed computer, organizational, time management, prioritization and writing abilities, with an aptitude for learning new skills. 3. Demonstrated knowledge of PC computer programs including Microsoft operating system, Excel and PowerPoint required. 4. Desired is a knowledge and experience with property and institutional management systems (Opera, Benchmark, Sales and Catering Systems, Miracle, Central Reservation Systems, etc.) Experience must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position.
