Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience directing/managing one or more Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Programs for a garrison, or similar civilian operation, for at least one year. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess three (3) or more years of Recreation or Business experience, to include program, facility, and leadership management or oversight, for a Military Installation or similar civilian community. Possess three (3) or more years of experience analyzing financial information and formulating and executing APF and NAF budgets. Possess three (3) or more years of experience developing and executing Capitol Purchas Minor Construction (CPMC) projects. Possess demonstrated ability to execute Human Resources Program, supervise personnel, and execute organization personnel management responsibilities. Possess Contracting Officer Representative (COR) training and experience. Experience MUST be reflected on your Resume at the time of application to be considered for Standard and/or Highly Qualified for this position.
