Job Description

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have one year equivalent to the next lower grade, and possess experience supporting the administration of military personnel management programs including requesting personnel actions such as promotions, evaluations, awards, and leave. Providing customer service and guidance on organizational personnel policies and procedures. Monitoring personnel records and supporting preparation of routine personnel actions with guidance from higher graded HR Specialist. Assists with maintaining personnel files and electronic records in accordance with Air Force, Air National Guard, and local directives.
