Job Description
Specialized Experience Statement: Candidates must possess at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent in responsibility to the GS-12 level in the public or private sector. For this position, specialized experience is defined as: Experience performing mechanical engineering duties and responsibilities in a repair program planning, alteration, upgrade, and renovation of all aspects of a mechanical systems and equipment, facilities condition assessments, and maintenance service and repair contracts for a major organization or institution. Experience designing mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, controls, energy), and coordinating construction of these systems.
