Serves as Project Management Officer having specific program responsibility for assigned approved construction and renovation projects designed to maintain and upgrade the facilities of an Armed Forces Recreation Center.

All qualification requirements must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level. Must have successfully completed a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university that led to a degree in professional engineering. Must have work experience managing engineering projects. A combination of education and experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. This would be courses equivalent to a major in engineering plus appropriate experience or additional course work that provided knowledge comparable to that normally acquired through the successful completion of the 4-year course of study.
