Serves as Project Management Officer having specific program responsibility for assigned approved construction and renovation projects designed to maintain and upgrade the facilities of an Armed Forces Recreation Center.

QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. All qualification requirements must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level. A degree in a 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a degree in professional architecture/engineering is preferred, or a combination of education and construction related experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Must have construction management experience related to the hotel industry and have knowledge of hotel operations. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Able to work independently, making appropriate assessments of conditions, providing management with problem statement and recommended course of action, implements command decision, guidance, laws, regulations and policy in the development and execution of project designs and construction.
