QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. One year of specialized experience directly related to the duties described above. Qualifying experience must have been equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for a Director FMWR. Experience must reflect multiple FMWR program work. Possess demonstrated leadership and oversight of a successful profit generating medium/large business organization, ensuring programs and activities are managed and operated on a sound financial basis or demonstrated experience taking corrective action. Possess demonstrated ability to execute Human Resources Program, supervise personnel to include subordinate supervisors, and execute organization personnel management responsibilities. All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education.
