RESUMES MUST BE TWO PAGES (OR LESS). QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. Progressive work experience in child and youth fields which provided experience in program administration, operations, budget development and execution, and financial reporting. Supervisory experience which includes selecting employees, effective teambuilding, employee evaluation and recognition, and conflict resolution. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing through the delivery of formal presentations and reports. Experience in planning and conducting training. Demonstrated ability to evaluate program effectiveness and compliance with benchmark criteria, policies, and procedures. Preferred: Experience in space funding management for child and youth operations, applied knowledge of non-appropriated and appropriated funding sources for CYS Services, knowledge of financial analysis and reporting tools, completion of a bachelor's degree in a discipline closely related to the duties to be performed. All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education.
