Job Description
RESUMES MUST BE TWO PAGES (OR LESS). QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Comprehensive knowledge of assigned programs, their roles in supporting total Army initiatives, and their contributions to the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) mission. Knowledge of MWR facility program development, including the staffing and approval processes. Proficiency in construction management and engineering principles related to project planning and execution, including applicable contracting methodologies. Experience in managing programming projects at the HQ level and professional staff. Knowledge of the principles, concepts, and methodologies required to apply various analytical techniques. All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education. Those applicants determined to be highly qualified will be referred to the hiring official for consideration. The highly qualified candidates may undergo an interview and reference checks. HIGHLY QUALIFYING CRITERIA: 1) Experience supervising government programs related to construction. 2) Experience with leaders above your echelon, both verbally and in writing, for coordination and approval actions, to include multi-echelon coordination. 3) Demonstrated ability to create solutions for tasks requiring action. 4) Experience with leading teams to achieve established goals. Experience associated with the Highly Qualifying Criteria must be demonstrated in your resume to get credit.
