Job Description
RESUMES MUST BE TWO PAGES (OR LESS). QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment which provided a basic understanding of principles and concepts of contracting. 2. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software. Highly Qualifications: 1. At least one year's experience with purchases, acquisitions, agreements, or contracts. 2. Experience navigating requirements for Army Morale, Welfare, and Recreation programs 3. Experience providing guidance and assistance to internal and/or external customers. 4. Experience conducting market research. 5. Skill in written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. 6. A bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management. All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education. Those applicants determined to be highly qualified will be referred to the hiring official for consideration. The highly qualified candidates may undergo an interview and reference checks.
