Job Description

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Must possess a comprehensive understanding of the Army's MWR mission, business, and accounting processes and be able to plan, organize, and direct work/project activities. Must possess a strong foundation in Army MWR information technology and the business operations they support. Must possess excellent oral communication skills and have the ability to write concisely and accurately and prepare written briefings on assigned projects. Work experience must include technical knowledge of automated applications, information technology, cyber security requirements, and the ability to prepare written briefings and conduct oral presentations. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and direct work/project activities In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Preferred are candidates who have a wide range of management experience in more than one MWR functional area (i.e., recreation, business programs, contracting, procurement, accounting, financial management, automation, etc). Working knowledge of a minimum of two (2) MWR MIS applications (specifically RecTrac and Customer Payment Solutions (credit card processing & PCI-DSS))or equivalent systems.
