QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. Managerial or supervisory work experience of the caliber described above that demonstrates comprehensive analytical skills and acquired formal training in financial analysis and financial management systems. The work experience must be equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level. Must possess good oral communication and writing skills. Strong organizational skills are required. Must be able to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively and present ideas and proposals to a variety of audiences. Knowledge of standard office software such as word processing, graphics presentation, spreadsheet and e-mail. All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education. Those applicants determined to be highly qualified will be referred to the hiring official for consideration. The highly qualified candidates may undergo an interview and reference checks. All answers to the Highly Qualifying Criteria must be demonstrated in your resume to receive credit. HIGHLY QUALIFYING CIRTERIA Preferred are those candidates that process 4 years experience in MWR operations and I or financial management programs that provided a general knowledge of overall MWR operations and operational experience in food and beverage operations, financial analysis, and budget operations. A Graduate degree in finance, accounting, or business is also preferred, however; adequate training and experience can be an acceptable substitute. Working knowledge of FOOD-TRAK system or comparable as a functional administrator to include training, implementation, and creating an inventory database for end users. Working knowledge of SMIRF or comparable financial reporting system.
