About the Position: Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) Europe operates 64 schools in 4 Districts located in 8 countries across 4 time zones. There are nearly 900,000 military connected children of all ages worldwide, of which nearly 25,000 are enrolled in DoWEA Europe schools. Federal employees in Sembach, Germany are currently entitled to receive a 42% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary (rate subject to change).

Specialized Experience for GS-12: One year of specialized experience which includes: assisting with eligibility programs to include interpreting federal laws and regulations and reviewing the effectiveness of program operations; collaborating with stakeholders to support eligibility programs, develop briefs, and/or influence decision making; and preparing correspondence and/or replies to high-level inquiries.
