Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a(n) Laborer without more than normal supervision. Remove debris from surface areas; perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, moping, or dusting; and utilize landscaping equipment to maintain lawn and/or grounds - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Ability To Do The Work Of The Position Without More Than Normal Supervision Ability To Interpret Instructions, Specifications, etc. (related to mobile equipment operation) Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment Work Practices (includes keeping things neat, clean and in order) Physical Effort: Requires very heavy physical effort such as frequently lifting and moving objects over 50 pounds (moving, setting up and working from ladders and scaffolds). Working Conditions: Works outside in all kinds of weather and inside in areas that may be dusty, dirty, noisy and have other adverse working conditions. The equipment, tools and tasks involved frequently require special care to avoid serious injuries.
