Job Summary

This position is located in a National Park Service Unit. The primary purpose of the position is to perform manual labor tasks involving the use of common hand-tools and simple power equipment.

To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors: Ability To Do The Work Of The Position Without More Than Normal Supervision (SCREEN OUT) Ability To Interpret Instructions, Specifications, etc. (other than blueprints) Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment Dexterity and Safety Work Practices (including keeping things neat, clean, and in order) SCREEN OUT: Minimum Qualifications: I performed common laborer tasks such as those listed in A above. I did manual labor work which required frequent lifting and moving of objects and materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a daily basis. I utilized most hand and power tools associated with these tasks. I performed these tasks as a skilled helper under close supervision and my work was checked during and after completion.
