Specialized experience is defined as: Experience coordinating and administering formal executive, managerial, or high-potential leadership development programs to ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, or organizational human capital policies and frameworks. Experience aligning leadership curricula and individual development plans to recognized executive competency frameworks to prepare aspiring leaders for executive-level responsibilities.
