Job Summary

This position is located in the U. S. Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), National Office, Office of Workforce Investment (OWI). OWI oversees the operation of the Division of Strategic Investments; Division of National Programs, Tools, and Technical Assistance; Division of Adult Services and Governance; Division of Youth Services: and Division of Indian and Native American Programs. This position is in the bargaining unit.

Job Description

GS-13: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-12 in the Federal Service.Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Specialized experience is defined as meeting ALL of the following: Experience with federal workforce performance with performance measures, reporting requirements, and/or workforce data systems. Analyzing performance data, adjusting program goals, and providing recommendations to improve program. Monitoring project progress, coordinating timelines, and working with various stakeholders.
