Job Description

MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Selected candidate must currently be assigned to a military unit in the Missouri Air National Guard. Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion). Maximum Military Grade - TSgt (E-6) GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must possess the ability to follow directions and to read, understand, and retain a variety of instructions, regulations, and procedures. GS-09 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-08 grade level that provided knowledge of Air Force education and training programs; experience performing interviews and counseling techniques, training techniques and instruction methods; knowledge of automated systems, personal computers, and software; experience developing curriculum and training evaluations; and experience scheduling events and presenting. This specialized experience must also include experience calculating budgetary and resource requirements.
