This National Guard position is for a TITLE 32 DEPUTY STATE CONSTRUCTION AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT OFFICER (MI CFMO), Position Description Number NGD2673000 and is part of the MI CFMO, Michigan Army National Guard. Technicians will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor or wage leader (Grade Inversion). Enlisted members currently at a higher grade than allowed by the position (see Military Grade Requirement above) may apply; however, they must administratively reduce prior to appointment and provide confirmation of the reduction to HRO. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 36 months experience, education or training in program or managerial experience in a type of work or a combination of functions directly related to the position to be filled or in comparable work or functions. Experience developing and recommending policy; organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluating and recommending changes in methods of operations. Experience in supervisory, staff or technical work which included study, analysis or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of managerial or administrative policies, practices and procedures. Experience preparing written communications and oral presentations. AND Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
