Job Summary

This position is part of the Department of War (DoW), Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The incumbent will be responsible for Executing duties utilizing systems designs, specifications, and maintenance requirements as they directly relate to acquisition technical policies, guidance, and reports.

You may qualify at the NH -03 Broadband Level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service as listed below and must meet 2 of the 3 specialized experience listed below to be qualified: Applying Agency Standard Operating Procedures and developing field activity metrics to represent and advocate for field activity requirements and interests to external organizations and tenant commands, ensuring the cost-effective provision, sustainability, and operation of Agency assets. Managing customer relations by defining, establishing, and directing organizational focus to identify and resolve cross-boundary problems; recommending solutions; and presenting factual information both orally and in writing to persuade, influence, and negotiate with Agency officials. Executing duties utilizing systems designs, specifications, and maintenance requirements as they directly relate to acquisition technical policies, guidance, and reports. OR B. Undergraduate and Graduate Education: Major study -- engineering, industrial arts, property management, or business administration. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
