Salary Ranges are the following unless statutory/regulatory rates prevail. For the Kirtland AFB, NM Location: $90,479 to $139,871 For the Schriever AFB, CO Location: $91,870 to $138,380 For the Redstone Arsenal, AL Location: $93,216 to $144,102 For the Fort Belvoir, VA and/or Dahlgren Location: $102,415 to $158,322
Job Description
You may qualify at the NH03 Broadband Level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service as listed below and must meet 2 of the 3 specialized experience listed below to be qualified: Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, to include qualitative and quantitative analysis, policies, processes, products, terminologies, and guidance documents in order to conduct comprehensive studies and develop assessments, recommendations and position statements. Utilizing Integrated Baseline Review principles, requirements, and processes and application of budgetary policies, processes, procedures and regulations including funds execution and knowledge of acquisition and life cycle management policies, procedures, and practices to conduct reviews. Working with cost and economic analyses principles, techniques, and practices with ability to identify, plan, conduct research, summarize results, and make recommendations on complex, multi-faceted problems and lead special study teams. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
