The incumbent will be responsible for conducting detailed analyses of earned value (EV) data. Integrates EV data and analysis with MDA budgets and programs' schedule information.
Job Description
You may qualify at the NH-04 broadband level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade level in the Federal service in at least 1 of 3 of the following specialized experiences as listed below: Utilizing analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, to include qualitative and quantitative analysis, and expert knowledge of DoD Earned Value Management (EVM) policies, processes, products, terminologies, and guidance documents in order to conduct comprehensive studies and develop assessments, recommendations and position statements. Using Integrated Baseline Review principles, requirements, and processes and application of budgetary policies, processes, procedures and regulations including funds execution and knowledge of DoD acquisition and life cycle management policies, procedures, and practices to conduct reviews. Using cost and economic analyses principles, techniques, and practices with ability to identify, plan, conduct research, summarize results, and make recommendations on complex, multi-faceted problems and lead special study teams. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
