Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes the following. Work on the civilian programs policies, procedures, and guidance for operations to assist with productivity, quality management, and organization improvements such as cost management, strategic readiness, and performance management. Work on the development of the Resource Management Programs annual budgets, administrative processes and procedures related to resource management for things such as (manpower, personnel, funds, equipment). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
