About the Position: The incumbent will serve as the U.S. Army Service Component Command Alternate Antiterrorism (AT) Officer. Administers multiple facets of the AT program to include inspections, surveys, training, equipment, and policy development.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) Developing and/or implementing antiterrorism policies and procedures to safeguard personnel, assets, and infrastructure; (2) Conducting and/reviewing comprehensive security and/or risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats; (3) Developing antiterrorism security plans and protocols to mitigate risks and respond effectively to threats and/or attacks; and (4) Coordinating and/or delivering antiterrorism awareness training programs for personnel at all levels within the organization. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
