You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Implementing logistics policies and strategies to support operational readiness and critical cargo movement; 2) Assessing transportation requirements and industry capabilities to inform decision-making during contingency and wartime operations; 3) Collaborating with multifunctional teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions for complex logistics challenges; and 4) Resolving stakeholder issues to ensure mission objectives are met. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Collaboration Skills Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Planning Negotiation Supportability Analysis Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
