Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience in leadership and emerging technologies to address complex integration challenges, exercises wide discretion in the achievement of missions based upon an intuitive knowledge of the CTO's mission and goals, and interfaces with higher level technical experts in emerging technologies (including, but not limited to the fields of Information Technology (IT), Robotics, UAS, Digital Force Protection, and Command and Control Operations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
