You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1. Coordinate traffic management and cargo operations for the import and export of all military cargo transiting the command. 2. Utilize a variety of automated systems in the office to perform functions such as store, retrieve, manipulate data with word processing, database management, spreadsheet, and graphics software package. 3. Ensure Contract Officer Representatives perform duties and functions in accordance with applicable contract. 4. Manage contracts of the Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services S&RTS to monitor contract performance in accordance with Federal regulation. . This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Some Federal position allow for the substitution of education for specialized experience. For this position you must qualify based on your experience alone. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Planning and Evaluating Technical Competence Transportation Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
