Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: Have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes experience in 1. Managing the Core Vulnerability Assessment Management Program (CVAMP) and Combating the Terrorism Readiness Initiative Fund (Cbt-RIF) for the command; 2. Assist in prioritizing the protection requirements to evaluate the adequacy of the overall Antiterrorism program; 3. Monitors the effectiveness of Antiterrorism programs in subordinate commands, installation and units aligned with USASOC. 4. Provides oversight and coordination as required of Antiterrorism Level II training for the Command. 5. Participates in the development, approval and dissemination of Antiterrorism-related plans that provide standards, policies, and procedures. 6. Develops crisis management plans and guidance for reacting to terrorist attacks. 7. Develops and updates, the Antiterrorism portion of the commands Antiterrorism program. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
