This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analyzing and evaluating new or modified policies and procedures; leading or participating in project teams to resolve complex operational problems; providing guidance on process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma; and offering technical expertise on Quality Assurance (QA) policies and procedures and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as LMP, GCSS-A or GFEBS to support supply, logistics and business processes. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS11)
